How long does shipping take?
All orders that are submitted and received by 3pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. With the exception of a delay in processing your method of payment, orders will be shipped within 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes...However, International orders may take longer to receive. MainLady is NOT responsible for any delays and/or fees that may occur by the destination’s country. International customers are solely responsible for all charges that may come about, such as local taxes.

What to do when item is "out of stock" or "backordered"?
The customer will have the option to prepay for order, and that reserves your item. Or the customer will receive an e-mail when the item becomes available

Can I return an item?
Returns are only accepted for “regular” priced items and must be returned within 5 days after you have received your order and postmarked by the 5th day. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us for return instructions.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted for “regular” priced items. Please contact us within 2 business days after receiving order to ensure that your item meets the requirements for an exchange and to receive instructions for the return. **Please note** Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanges for both parties. MainLady will only pay for shipping in the event that it was an error based on the behalf of the company. You may contact us for instructions on returns and exchanges.

When will I receive my order?
All approved orders are shipped the same day. Customer can expect to receive their order within 10 days after it has been shipped.

Delivery and processing time does not include weekends or holidays

If you are ordering as “a gift” please contact us so that a proper packing slip can be included with the order.
